This place truly brings back memories of my childhood back in '67. I walked in and wasn't familiar with the store but one of the employees named Antonio walked me around the entire store and helped me with anything I needed. He told me he doesn't work there during the day most times but this was a rare occasion. I feel like it was truly a blessing. He reminded me of my son Pietro. He made my experience 100x better. One of my favorite stores. Small but great selection and value. The deli is great. Best selection of Italian food items in the city. Make sure to get a sandwich too. Additionally the employees are great!

My all time favorite grocery store! Great deli items and meat dept., along with wide variety of italian specially items and freezer foods! Now also running sandwich/sub lunch specials too.
